The Whitco Deadlatch offers reliable security combined with user-friendly features designed for smooth operation and enhanced safety. Perfect for residential and commercial doors, it’s engineered to deliver convenience and peace of mind.

Featuring a safety release on key entry, the inside knob unlocks automatically when the key is used, ensuring quick egress. The key locks or unlocks the inside knob, while the door can be opened from the inside by knob when unlocked, or by key from the outside.

A handy latch holdback allows the knob to be turned 100 degrees clockwise and locked in position, ideal for times when the door needs to stay open temporarily. The lock body measures 97mm wide, 73mm high, and 49mm deep, made from high-purity zinc alloy for durability.

With a 60mm backset and stainless steel bolt featuring an 18mm projection, this deadlatch is suitable for doors between 28mm and 45mm thick. Both inside and outside cylinders use secure 5-pin locking mechanisms.

Available in a stylish satin chrome finish to complement any door design.
